1) If I can't find the gift I want on the webpage, are there other options?

2) What is the minimum order quantity?

Each gift has its different minimum order quantity, you can check it in the gift introduction, if the quantity you want to order is lower than the minimum order quantity, you are welcome to provide us with information, we have experienced professionals to find another gift for you a suitable solution.

 

3) If you are not familiar with gifts, will you provide gift suggestions?

Yes, we welcome you to provide information such as 'gift object', 'budget' and 'purpose', and IGM's specialists will provide you with the best solution and easily customize gifts.

 

4) Do I need to pay first?

If the total amount is below HK$5000, the full amount must be paid in advance. If it exceeds HK$5000, only 50% of the deposit should be paid in advance, and the balance should be paid upon delivery.

 

5) File requirements for printing trademarks on gifts

If you want to print the logo on the gift, the customer needs to provide the AI file (Adobe Illustrator) or CDR file (Corel Draw) of the logo by himself to reduce printing accidents.

 

6) What is the difference between monochrome printing and multi-color printing?

Monochrome printing generally adopts silk screen printing, and the printing cost is relatively low. Simple monochrome printing generally recommends silk screen printing; most multi-color printing uses heat transfer printing or color printing, depending on the complexity of the LOGO, and the printing cost is relatively high.

 

7) Can the packaging of the gift be customized?

Yes, you can tell us your requirements, and we will find the most suitable packaging or customize packaging for you according to your requirements.

 

8) How long does it take to deliver an order?

After confirming the renderings or samples, it will enter the production process, which generally takes about 15-30 working days, and we will conduct quality monitoring to ensure that the quality is correct

 

9) What should I do if there is a problem after receiving the goods?

If there is a gift quality problem within 7 days after receiving the goods, you can contact us, and someone will arrange for you to follow up with your satisfaction.
